funny how my morning exercise routine isn’t driven by willpower but by the lack of it, which peaks at 7a, fades immediately, and is nearly gone by noon, after when any cardio feels like torture: that’s why i’m desperate to get it done early, no matter what, and can get frantic when something gets in the way 🫠
