不是很明白票圈每天出现的「精读外刊」到底是个啥模式？外刊文章不是都不要钱在那摆着嘛？生词不是长按一下就有词典嘛？还有它转载外刊大概是没付授权费的，那我用这种服务交的钱是交给谁了？[费解]
