其实关于网络中立有一个很明显的道理，然鹅写论文得端着所以不能说这么粗暴：网络本来就是中立的。或者是无所谓中立不中立的。只有人是不中立的。
推广一下，所有系统都是一样的，无机的环节都是比较安全的。人是最不安全的。
